White Glove Delivery Service

Our Premium Delivery Team will deliver your furniture to your home, assemble the items in your chosen room, and remove all boxes and packaging.

Customers must ensure in advance that there is suitable vehicle access to their property, and that their furniture will fit through all doors, passageways etc. leading to the destination room.

All furniture orders will be despatched within 12 - 16 weeks.

Furniture Delivery Charges (per order):

  • Zone 1 Within M25 - £120
  • Zone 2 Home Counties - £150
  • Zone 3 including Manchester and Leeds - £200
  • Zone 4 N England, Borders and Scotland - £290

All prices are for mainland UK and excludes Scottish and English Islands. The above zones are based upon no more than two-man delivery team, the delivery address should be accessed via the ground floor and there should be no more than two flights of stairs. International Delivery

Delivery Charges

To pack and crate each individual item of furniture ready for delivery abroad there will be a added cost £190 per item. International delivery charges are then calculated on the volumetric weight of the item once it is packaged for export.

All furniture orders will be despatched within 12-16 weeks. The delivery and assembly charge to destinations in mainland England and Wales is £90.00. Please Contact Us for charges to other destinations.

Textiles/Soft Furnishings

Stock permitting, orders are usually despatched within 48 hours by courier.

We estimate 5-7 working days for delivery. If your order is likely to be delayed, we will notify you.

Charges for delivery to mainland England and Wales are as follows:

  • Bedding Sets £12.50
  • Mattresses £9.95
  • Wallstickers £6.95
